A New Chapter Unfolds-City Librarian Mary Richardson Retires

Excerpt from the Spring 2011 issue of the Friends of the Sausalito Library newsletter:

After 32 years, Sausalito's City Librarian, Mary Richardson, will be retiring in July.  It will be the end of an era.  Mary has been at the helm through a multitude of changes, and her tenure has already surpassed even that of her famously long-standing predecessor, Mabel Wosser, who was the head librarian here from 1937-1960.
